And if/when I should form a competition BBQ team, the team name shall be…”A Smoke & A Twelve-Pack.”
As you might suspect, there’s a story behind that team name. But as for today, at least…I ain’t talkin’.
Congrats on the new addition to the smoking arsenal. I have to admit that I’ve never used a smoker before, but I’ll have to get into it someday when we move back to the U.S. In the meantime, wood chips on the Weber are going to have to do.

Yes…I am transitioning out of the VTB and into the FSSL. Fun while it lasted, but that volume of my life is pretty much over. And not a moment too soon.
