Hands-down, the best in town!
Of course, I’ve told you this before. But the chicken vindaloo with roti that I had for lunch today compels me to re-confirm.
SAL DeTRAGLIA's VIRTUAL TAPAS BAR
Above average home cook, published humorist, endurance athlete, former ex-pat, recovering attorney, doting husband, dedicated dad, non-Italian speaking Italian-American, and endearingly lousy ukulele player. It’s all true. It’s all Sal. This website (www.saldetraglia.com) is my outlet to inform and entertain, on both the personal and professional fronts.
Indian food is yummy. Some of my friends don`t eat it, they claim it makes them superfart after. I mean, nasty, poisonous-gas-that-kills- all-living-creatures fart. They say it`s the spices. Funny how it doesn`t affect everyone. How`s your stomach after? I want details.
Ohhhh! I’ll have to put up my recipe for my Indian curry one of these days.
I hope the Vindaloo chicken burns at least twice (before and after) 😉
Oooh – When I saw that ‘London Transport’ sign, I thought you had come to London for a second there… and not told me!
Then there would have been trouble!!! :O)

I hate to inform you… but it is NOT the best Indian in Madrid.
I have found the best Indian in Madrid, and I challenge you to try it.
By the way, my name is Dean, I am from the UK, living in Madrid.

We can have the Indian challenge 😉
Hmmm, a month between this and your October post. So you are around … kinda. I was all nostalgic about Sal today xo
